Rooted deeply in God’s love, we flourish as individuals and as a community.
Within a nurturing environment, we develop curiosity, creativity and a love of learning.
We learn and grow when things go well and things go wrong. In all we do we hope to be the best we can be.
Ephesians 3 V 16 -18
Jeremiah 17 V 7, 8
Alongside this collaboration, we also have strong associations with our local schools, St John’s Church and our Local Achievement Partnership. These links strengthen our offer to our pupils, staff and wider community.
At Clayton St John, we are developing a curriculum and learning environment that promotes interest, excitement, motivation, achievement and success.
We aim to develop this approach and create an environment in which children will flourish. We want the children to care and show respect for each other, value themselves and learn to appreciate the values of others. We work very closely with our families to ensure that children achieve good attendance, punctuality, behaviour and, ultimately, positive learning outcomes. Our partnership with parents and carers is important to us. Through an effective home and school link we aim to ensure that your child's time with us is successful and happy. In a secure learning environment we will offer your child support and
challenge, as it is our aim to enable each child to achieve their own potential. We are always happy to welcome visitors, especially new families. Our school is a Church of England Voluntary Controlled school where children are educated in a
Christian environment. We welcome children and their families from all faiths, beliefs and those who hold no specific religious beliefs.
